A bit about me:
I have a psychodynamic training and background, which underpins my thinking within all clinical work. I take an integrative approach, responding to the needs of the client, making use of the art making process as a tool for non verbal and verbal communication. This includes non directive, directive, time limited or slow open work, all depending on the age, needs, and aims of the client as outlined in the assessment.
Services
Therapy for Children & Adolescents
Using art to express feelings can help young people self regulate, and talk about difficulties and challenges that life brings.
Therapy for Adults
Therapy can offer a space to reflect, help to build resilience and tackle trauma. Art therapy offers a way of tapping into unconscious processes, enabling us to become unstuck and to help with moving on.
